WoW Rochester ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to this policy.
We collect the details you provide to create an account and complete a delivery: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. To calculate delivery fees and confirm we serve your area, we use your delivery address to estimate its distance from our location. We also verify that customers are 21 or older.
We use your information only to operate our service — to process and deliver your orders, calculate delivery fees, contact you about an order, provide customer support, and, if you choose to receive them, send occasional promotions and updates. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business — such as our delivery drivers, email provider, text-message provider, and mapping service — and only as needed to complete your order. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your connection to our site is encrypted, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and business requirements.
You can review and update your account details anytime from your profile, opt out of promotional messages, or ask us to delete your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
